We are based in Sydney, Australia.  Our warehouses are located in Sydney and different countries.  We will arrange our shipping within 3 working days after order has confirmed.  We select the trustful delivery partner to fulfil our process with the most valuable shipping cost for customers.

Our goal is to make sure that everyone is happy with the shopping experience at Damara Australia Pty Ltd. We want to help our customers to find the product that best suits them and their lifestyle. We strongly recommend contacting our team to see what products are suitable for yourself before your purchase. We understand that not all products are suitable for all skin types and yourself so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Connect with our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the products if you want to arrange an Exchange or Return process.

To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be unused and/or in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and returned in unused condition. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We will arrange the refunds once we receive your returned item and approve the process after inspection, and we will contact you again when the process has confirmed.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed after inspection. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

We will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will be responsible for the shipping fee and paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included from your refund.

We can also recommend products for exchanges. It is important that you contact our Customer Care before you send in a return or exchange. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.
