Our goal is to make sure that every one is happy with the shopping experience at Damara Australia Pty Ltd. We want to help our customers to find the product that best suits them and their lifestyle. We strongly recommend contacting our team to see what products are suitable for your skin type before your purchase. We understand that not all products are suitable for all skin types so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.


Connect with our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the products if your want to arrange an Exchange or Return process.


To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We will arrange the refunds once we receive your returned item and approve the process after inspection, and we will contact you again when the process has confirmed. We will initiate a refund to your PayPal account (original payment method). You will be responsible for the shipping fee and paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included from your refund.

We can also recommend products for exchanges. It is important that you contact our Customer Care before you send in a return or exchange. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.
